Honestly, a bit disappointed. The glass is nice and it's certainly stylish, but as you can see from my video, the white marker immediately stained the cover. My first time using the board, I prepped the markers as instructed and they just came out wetter than anticipated, I guess. I loved the idea of being able to close the cover and keep my notes for later, but I immediately realized that once I closed the cover, the permanent white ink transferred directly onto the cover, and now I'm stuck with these giant white stains on it. I would have thought that this nice of a board would have had some more durability. At least make the covers so you can wash the marker off if this happens by mistake. I'm just upset now that my fancy white board looks trashy because I immediately stained it. Also, I wanted to color markers made for the black board, but they were out of stock :(
I have not received it despite ordering 5/9. I reached out and got no response. It was expensive and this is disappointing,
All the markers are dried out and do not work making the deskbuddy unusable.
The large packs were unavailable when I ordered, so I could only get the plain white markers. I am glad to see that they are back!
Make the markers work
I love how the colors pop on the black desk buddy. I’ve tried a few dry erase markers, but the one specifically made for desk, buddy are by far superior.
This has definitely helped clear the clutter off my desk. Everyone in the office has complimented this and I highly recommend it. When you order, make sure you order the markers as well. Even though I Googled if dry erasers would work, most did not and they were not bright enough.
Do not list the black markers as “for the white board” Even the bag says white. So now they are useless to me. ALSo…the colored box of markers are terrible. They are dried out and don’t work well at all. Definitely not worth buying your markers at all. Wasted my money.

Half of the colors are really runny and will drip down the board. The other half are great. The picture shows the ones that don’t write well.

Absolutely 💯% loooove it! Shipping was much faster than I anticipated as well. Took some getting used to the water-based markers but ended up being better than regular dry erase markers because your information won't get wiped away unless you really wipe it. You definitely get what you pay for!
Started a new job and love jotting down cheat notes on the desk buddy. Some markers are lighter than others and have to be activated each time you use that’s the only annoying part.
Love the desk board - I have a black one and bought the markers to go with it - they are terrible. They drip and splatter, I have ink on my keyboard, ruined a shirt, and a desk sized mouse pad.
Love it except some of the markers have gotten a bit runny. All in all very happy with it.
Such a handy little buddy. The pens can be stored inside, with space left for other things as well, the surface is smooth and easy to write on and the colours of the pens show up very well. Delivery was fast and communication was very good. Thanks!

I love the board!!! It has such potential. Love the color of the markers but they are not as crisp as I would like. Sometimes hard to read. Runs together.
These markers are great. I love the colors and they dry nicely and erase cleanly, but not too easily which is perfect to prevent accidental smudging and erasing.
as a world builder for table top gaming, notes are a way of life. pure and simple. sticky notes, scraps of paper, old bills, you name it, I've used it. with my Desk Buddy, all my notes are visible, and not easily lost. the bright colors help draw my eye to whatever I am working on. well thought out, and truly a blessing for all types of creativity.

Store owner replied: Hey Tonya! Thanks so much for your order. To get the markers ink flowing you must prime the markers first when you take them out of the box. This is only something you have to do once, and after that they should be good to go forever. To prime your markers and get the ink flowing give them a shake for ~10 seconds, then repeatedly push the tip of the marker into your DBBs glass surface. Push up and down ~10-20 times to pump the ink out and get it flowing. After that, these should be good to go. This is a great product. I use it everyday. To keep track of various things and to keep my schedule current. The new pens work great. I had tried to use a different set of "knockoff" pens. However, they never worked right.
I love my desk buddy, it sure saves on all the post it notes that I go through in a day. The markers weren't perfect. Some of them are very faint, even after shaking up a lot.
Where you write it doesn't show up as it shows in the ads. It is very faint. It is awkward to write on it also.
I needed some extra markers as I couldn't find my original ones. This order came very quickly and in a timely manner and I haven't had to use them yet as I recently did find my original ones. It's nice to have some back up for down the road. I thank you

It's a piece of crap The top came right off in her hand when my four-year-old granddaughter lifted it up to get at the markers I put inside.
These dry erase markers are phenomenal. They are perfect.
Pens were very challenging to activate. Had to really shake and press multiple times. Work great now.
