I like the board very much but, I bought 2 different packages of markers for it - with different colors and none of the colors when writing my notes, can be seen. Very disappointed with that aspect of the buddy, as one of the main reasons I purchased it, was for the note taking and avoiding a whole bunch of post-it notes.
Love all the colors, keeps my board bright, light and easily readable.
Markers are comfortable and great to use! Rubs off so easy without smearing. Colours are great too

The markers are dry and barely write
The markers were all dried out and did not show up.
I noticed the charging base gets very hot and I was worried about it ruining my phone so I charge my phone elsewhere and I was hoping to have it there. So I just have meetings and write notes on the whiteboard which Ben has been helpful but all in all I was wish the charging base wouldn’t heat up. I tried several times and every time in the morning it was super hot.
The markers are so dim you can hardly see them on the white board
I ordered the Desk Buddy Whiteboard Markers and unfortunately they are dried out and do not work. Very disappointing.
Absolute junk. Doesnt show up and you can hardly read what you write. I got the correct pack and it still isnt visible.
The markers do not release enough “ink” to make my writing easily read. I purchased another brand of markers and they flow well and I can see the writing clearly. I do like the desk board buddy writing surface and storage area.
I love the colour selection. I like that they have an eraser. I also like that they have a magnet; however it could be a little bigger and stronger. I find it slips instead of staying in place.
They seemed a little dry at first-so I propped them upside down for a bit and it fixed the problem. Now they work great.
Great marker to use for the deskboard buddy
All the markers do not show up, why not make it connect to your computer and as you type notes it transfers onto the desktop buddy?
First batch did not work entirely, replacement batch sent. Second batch will work on a whiteboard but not the product…
Very colorful but not that bright on the board
There should be colors just for the black desk buddy and colors for tye white one. I csn even use most of the colors i got in the pens, i have the black one and i cant see any of the color ls but the yellow marker

The product is very nice. Well designed and it functions as you would expect. The markers are OK, keep them face down to flow the ink but other than that, I’d buy it again.

Firstly - service has been amazing, as has quick delivery times. The first pack of markers were faulty, most didnt work. It was replaced with a second pack, and it was MUCH worse than the original. Ive been promised a refund. Would suggest some quality control on the markers - or batch tests, or check before shipping.
Some marker colours do not stand out as good as others. The dry eraser tip is very handy.

The original markers I received were dried out so I was sent a new set. Great customer focused attention and response.
Works as expected
The markers seam old. They are not vibrant, almost washed out. Lighter colors were very hard to read. One set was better than the other.

I purchased the 12 markers, but only two show up on the DeskBuddy (blue and red), the others do not make visible marks and are unable to be used.
